Beauty by Alisa – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Beauty by Alisa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please ensure you book the correct service. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full service price may still be charged.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change but confirmed prices will be honoured for existing bookings.
5. Nail Repairs & Guarantees
- We do not offer refunds on completed services.
- Any issues with your nails must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Repairs within this period may be offered at our discretion. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Client Responsibility
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, nail conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
- Beauty by Alisa is not responsible for reactions or issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.
- Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.
7. Hygiene & Safety
- We maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Please arrive with clean hands and nails where possible.
- Services may be refused if nail infections or conditions are present that could pose a risk.
8. Children & Guests
- To ensure a calm and safe environment, please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Children must not be left unattended.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- Beauty by Alisa reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to inappropriate behaviour, lateness, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
