- A 50% non refundable deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking 
- if your any later than 15 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled
- if you do not show up or cancel your appointment on the day the other 50% payment will need to be paid
- i will need 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments
