Terms and conditions

All bookings are to be made via the link in my bio. Bookings require £10 deposit to secure your appointment. Payment The remaining balance is to be paid at your appointment. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash or card. Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment please do so with more than 48 hours notice. Any cancellations within 48 hours or no shows will be charged the full service cost. Reschedule If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so upto 48 hours prior to your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment. If you reschedule less than 48 hours prior a new booking fee will be required. Late arrival If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your booking may be cancelled and charged at 100% of the service cost.
