Deposit

To secure your appointment, we require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be transferable, provided you comply with our rescheduling/cancellation policy.

Rescheduling/Cancelations

We send text reminders ahead of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to clients on our waitlist. Your deposit is transferable as long as we receive at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment.

Late Cancelations & No Show Fees

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit (40%) will not be transferable. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal retention. If the aftercare instructions are not followed, it may impact the results. While we do not offer refunds, please reach out to us if you experience any issues, and we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the situation.
