Booking When messaging to book please include the following... • Preferred date / time • Treatment • Inspo picture (if required)

I recommend infills every 3-4 weeks for nails and 2-3 weeks for lashes. If less than 40% of lashes remain or more than 4 nails are missing these will be charged as a full set. I wont infill other techs work this will need to be removed before I can do the service. If you require me to remove this please let me know beforehand

If you are running late please try to let me know. If you are late i may have to shorten, change or cancel your appointment. if cancelled this will still be treated as a normal cancellation requiring 50% of your service.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please let me know a minimum or 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before you will be asked to pay 50% of the remaining balance. Another appointment will not be booked in until this is paid.

Repairs for the first 3 days will be free of charge, after this you will be required to pay £4 per nail. If you have broken more than 3 nails I will recommend a new set.

Any treatments for eyes and brows will require a patch test. Patch testing needs to be carried out a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. You will need re patch testing if any of the following applys to you: • You have had ANY medical changes since your last appointment with me • You have had any vaccinations or boosters • You have any reactions to anyone else's work

Please come to your appointments alone unless previously discussed as I may not have the space require. I take bank transfer or cash as payment methods. I have a no refunds policy, if you are unhappy with your treatment please let me know on the day so I can resolve this. I do not infill or remove other techs work so please either have these removed before your appointment or let me know so I can make time to remove this. Please note I have the right to refuse treatment on any area I see as unfit for the treatment. If you think this is a potential concern please bring this up when booking or before your appointment. I do not preform any services on anyone under 16 without an adult present.
