Appointment & Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine, and I kindly ask that you respect my appointment policies:
1. 72 Hours Notice - Any cancellations or reschedules made at least 72 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
2. Less Than 48 Hours Notice - Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3. Less Than 24 Hours Notice & No-Shows - Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Late Arrivals - I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, I cannot guarantee your appointment and it will be considered a no-show, with the 100% fee applied.
