Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running a few minutes late I will try to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.
I am unable to offer intimate waxing to clients under 18.
some treatments may also require a parental consent form to be signed in advance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment unless you have paid in advance online.
