Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running a few minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment.
Please note that intimate waxing treatments are not available for clients under 18 years of age.
All treatments for clients under 16 will require a parental consent form to be completed and signed in advance.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment unless payment has been made in advance online.
I accept cash, card, and contactless payments.
If your treatment does not last as expected — for example, gel polish chipping or lashes falling off — please contact me as soon as possible.
If the issue occurs within 72 hours of your appointment, I will repair it free of charge. After 72 hours, a small repair fee may apply.
