All booking can be done via Solo, the link is in my bio - you do not need an account. If you DM me to book an appointment I will take your details and manually book you in. I can also schedule your next appointments at your current appointment. Card details will now be mandatory in all bookings moving forward.
All payments will be made after the appointment. This can be done via card, cash or bank transfer (a link I can send you). If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as I may not have change.
Please allow 48hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment and let me know as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment. Any less notice than 48hrs will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged.
Please be at your appointment on time! If you are running late, please tell me as soon as possible so that I can try to factor this into my schedule. I can hold your appointment for 15 minutes but this will then affect the treatment I can offer. Any later than 15 minutes will be classed as a no-show appointment. All no-show appointments will be cancelled and 100% service charge will be charged. All charges will be made from the bank card you input when booking on Solo.
During the treatment, despite all of the precautionary measures made by the technician, injury is possible. I will not hold the technician performing the service accountable in any issues that may arise due to having the treatment. I consent to the necessary products being used for the treatment I have chosen. If I have any issues or concerns with the products being used, I will inform the technician prior to treatment. I understand the risks associated with the treatment, if any sort of reaction occurs I will seek medical attention and inform the technician. It is my responsibility to inform the technician of any concerns I may have prior to my treatment. I understand and agree to the aftercare instructions provided by the technician. By not following the advised aftercare, I am aware that the desired results of my treatment may not be achieved. The technician performing the treatment will not be held liable for any damages caused to myself or my skin by any reason. Including, but not limited to: allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, nail plate separation and failure to follow aftercare instruction. I have declared all relevant medical history, and if any changes occur I will notify my technician. I authorise my technician to take and use photos/ videos taken during my treatment. I understand and consent to any images taken during my treatment can and may be used on social media, print and other media. I give consent to use these images, without expecting payment for use of my image. I understand I can withdraw my consent at any time. Payment will be taken at the end of my treatment, and I agree that payment will be made in full regardless if the treatment has stopped at any point during the appointment. I understand the treatment is non-refundable.
With every cosmetic treatment, there are risks involved. It is important for you to understand the risks and potential complications prior to undergoing your treatment. Ensuring you provide a full medical history can help reduce the risks, however there may still be unforeseen risks that are presented. If you have any questions or concerns about these risks, please contact your GP or Pharmacist.
