Avoid makeup, sun, exfoliation, and intense heat/exercise for 48-72 hours, using only gentle, acid-free skincare and SPF 30-50+ daily, while staying hydrated and not picking at skin to promote healing and optimal results

Lash Lifts:

For the first 24-48 hours after a lash lift keep lashes completely dry (no water, steam, sweat) and avoid touching or rubbing them to let the curl set; after that, avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and excessive heat to maintain the lift for 4-6 weeks, conditioning them with a lash serum daily.
