Terms and Conditions

Deposits for big appointments and courses are non-refundable. Cancellation policy- I must have 48hrs notice for cancellations and re-schedules. 24hrs is 50% and 100% on the day. If you are more than 10 minutes late I will not be able to carry out your treatment but you will still be charged.
