Terms and conditions

All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service. A valid phone number and/or email address is required at the time of booking for confirmation and reminders. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking deposit (if applicable). No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future appointments.
