CANCELLATIONS & APPOINTMENTS

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Card details are required when booking and are securely held through Solo.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in your service being shortened or unable to be completed, and you may still be charged the full amount.

PAYMENTS

• Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

• If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount.

SALON RULES

• Please attend appointments alone where possible.

• I do not remove acrylic enhancements.

• If you require a soak-off/removal of another technician’s work, please message me before booking so I can confirm whether this is something I can accommodate.

BOOKING

• By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

• Please ensure you have read and understood the above before booking.
