Terms & Conditions

Bookings can be made via text, email or booking online. Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have time to complete the service, therefore it may need to be rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment time. If you are booking a refill, please ensure you have at least 40% of your extensions left & are also within 4 weeks of your last appointment. If there are insufficient amounts of lashes left to refill, or lashes are significantly grown out, we may charge for a full set. If you have had a lash lift, please wait 6 weeks before you book an appointment for eyelash extensions. Please let us know if you have lash extensions on from another salon. We will only do an infill if the work is similar & your lashes are in good condition. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions you may experience from the lash adhesive. Should it occur, you will show symptoms within 12-48 hours. Sensitivity to glue can happen at any time, even for those who have a long history of having lashes with no issues.

Sometimes things come up & appointments need to be cancelled. If this happens, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment. After this period, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. Late arrivals may be accommodated depending on the service. However, If you are 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the entire service.

Clients aged 16 & under will require parental supervision or have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

Your privacy is highly important to us. We collect your personal information such as your name, email & phone number to create an easy client booking data base & to keep you up to date with any important information. Your personal information is never disclosed to any third party - we know how annoying junk mail is!

Prior to your booking, you are required to complete a consultation form where you will let us know if there are any medical concerns, allergies or sensitivities, injuries, or any other contraindications that could interfere with the service. This includes reactions to products, tools or ingredients used in beauty treatments. If any allergic reactions occur, you should immediately book a removal appointment & seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

By receiving our services, you acknowledge & accept that failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of an adverse reaction. You agree that Beauty Bar By Katie & its staff cannot be held liable for any resulting injury or medical issues.
