Cancellations within 48hrs before appointment will be charged 50% service cost, this is because i will not be able to fill your space in time. Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged 100% service cost, this is due to booking out the total service.
No shows will also be charged 100% service cost due to booking out the total service and i will also not be able to fill your space in time.
Please Note- if you decide to change your mind on day of appointment about your treatment, you will be charged the full amount due to booking out the total service.
No future appointments will be made until the required balance is paid.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment slot.
In this instance, deposits are 50% of the service cost, Which will be deducted from the original cost at appointment.
Please note deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Please arrive to appointments on time and alone.
I kindly ask my clients to arrive with clean lashes/ no makeup to their appointments as this will improve the retention of your fresh set!
I also have a 10 minute grace period if you are running late as i would have no time to carry out the treatment before my next client and the full balance would stilll be due.
Patch tests are required for all new clients and must be done atleast 48hrs prior to appointment to ensure that the appointment can go ahead.
