50% non-refundable booking fee is required at point of booking! The rest of the payment must be be paid on the day of your appointment and can be done via cash, bank transfer. If you are late, no show or cancel the following relevant policies will apply. Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours hours of your appointment, failure to do so will result in loss of booking fee. If you are 10 minutes or more late your appointment may be cancelled and result in loss of booking fee or a late fee of £10 will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged full treatment price. No shows are unacceptable and will be charged the full amount of treatment.
If you are unwell and cannot attend your appointment due to illness you are required to let me know prior to your appointment; your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Beautybydemi reserves the right to refuse services due to contagious illness. Consultations/patch tests are eyelashes are recommended but not required. If you choose not to go ahead with a patch test for lashes Beautybydemi will not be responsible for any reactions. A patch test and consultation is required for first time brow services this include tint/lamination. This is your responsibility to book. This must be done 48 hours before your appointment.
Any problems with lashes or brows must be communicated within 24 hours of your appointment. Although we don’t offer refunds we may be able to assist you in other solutions, Beautybydemi will not be held responsible if the pre/aftercare isn’t followed correctly. Please make sure you come to your appointment makeup/contact lense free. I do not lash on top of other lash techs work if in the event you do turn up with lashes Beautybydemi reserves the right to refuse service although if there are no time restrictions we may be able to do a removal. Payment must be made before you leave.
