I understand sometimes things happen and you can't attend your appointment, if you can let me know at least 24 hours before I can try see if I can swap with another client to avoid a fee if I can't I will need to charge full price 100% of the treatment cost due to time wasted I hope you understand. I will always try be reasonable on every situation but please understand this is my business and my spare time. Thank you
