BOOKING POLICY At the time of booking a £10 deposit will be taken to secure your appointment. This will then be deducted from your final payment. Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost If you are missing more than 50% of lashes this will be charged as a full set not infill Please arrive with no mascara on CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before free of charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be expected to pay the full cost of the treatment Clients will be charged 100% of their treatment cost for not showing up to an appointment Cancellation fees will need to paid before re-booking Thank you, Gracie x
