Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits can be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is given.
- Failure to attend your appointment or provide notice will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
- No-shows will be charged in full and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or shortened.
- Full treatment price will still apply.
Payments
- Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods will be advised at booking.
Health & Allergies
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed as advised.
- Beauty By Hope cannot be held responsible for reactions where information has not been disclosed.
Aftercare
- Aftercare advice will be provided for all treatments.
- Beauty By Hope is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Children & Guests
- To maintain a calm and safe environment, no additional guests or children are permitted unless agreed in advance.
Refunds
- No refunds are offered on completed treatments.
- If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so concerns can be addressed.
Right to Refuse Service
- Beauty By Hope reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, lateness, or failure to follow policies.
