To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please read the following policy:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable and will be lost if insufficient notice is given.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
