I’ve had a number of last minute cancellations over the last few weeks so I’m having to update my policies. This is my only income so I need to protect my business and family as I’m sure you can understand.
It still remains that deposits are taken for first time bookings of 25% which is non refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled outside of this 48 hour period then it’s transferable. If within 48 hours it will be lost and a new deposit must be paid.
If an appointment is cancelled on the day I require 50% of the booking total before being able to book again. If you repeatedly cancel appointments within the 48 hour period I will require full payment on booking to secure the appointment.
