✨ GEL + BIAB AFTERCARE

First 24 Hours

• Avoid heat: No saunas, hot tubs, or very hot showers — gel and BIAB can soften slightly right after application.
• No long water exposure: Keep hands fairly dry. Quick handwashing is fine.

Daily Care

1. Apply Cuticle Oil 1–2 Times Daily

This keeps the BIAB flexible so it won’t crack and helps natural nail growth.

2. Moisturize Hands Often

BIAB lasts longest when nails aren’t overly dry.

3. Use Gloves for Chores

Detergents and hot water can cause:

• lifting
• cracks
• dryness

Things to Avoid

❌ Picking or lifting edges — this can peel layers of your natural nail.

❌ Using nails as tools — BIAB is strong but not indestructible.

❌ Harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone, paint stripper) without gloves.

❌ Biting or tapping aggressively — can cause micro-cracks.

Maintenance Timeline

• BIAB infill every 2–3 weeks (3–4 weeks max if your nails grow slowly).
• Keep the length reasonable for your lifestyle so the product doesn’t stress the natural nail.
