1. Appointments: • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation. • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. 3. Health & Safety: • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. • We reserve the right to refuse service if it’s not safe to proceed. 4. Aftercare: • Aftercare advice is provided following treatments. It’s the client’s responsibility to follow this advice for the best results. 5. Refund Policy: • We do not offer refunds for treatments or deposits, but we will do our best to resolve any concerns. 6. Age Restrictions: • Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent. 7. Pricing: • All prices are subject to change. The price at the time of booking will be honored unless otherwise stated. 8. Personal Belongings: • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. 9. Photography & Social Media: • We may ask for permission to take before/after photos for marketing purposes. Consent will always be requested. 10.
