We are committed to providing high-quality aesthetics treatments tailored to your needs. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth experience for all clients and allow us to maintain the highest standard of care. 2. Bookings • Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels, including our website, phone, or in person at our clinic. • Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 may be required. This will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. • Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email once your appointment is secured. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details you provide are accurate. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, to ensure fair access to appointments, we maintain the following cancellation policy: • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If no deposit was taken, a late cancellation fee of £20 will apply. • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur a no-show fee of £20 Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: If you request to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be retained, and a rescheduling fee of £20 may apply. • Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. In extenuating circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. 5. Refunds • Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except where a cancellation is made by Beauty Enhancements by Rachel • Treatment Packages: If you have purchased a treatment package, unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval. 6. Client Responsibility • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. • Medical Disclosure: You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications before receiving treatment.
