PATCH TESTS

All new clients must attend a patch test for lash and brow services 24-48 hours prior to their appointment.

This is essential for your safety and ensures you are not sensitive or allergic to any products used.

DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances unless stated otherwise by myself.

LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOWS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this will be considered a no-show. In this case, the remaining balance of the treatment will be charged to the card saved on file.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time are considered last-minute. Your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

I understand that things happen, and I will always try to accommodate where I can. However, by booking, you are agreeing to my policy.
