CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS

All appointments must be booked via the official booking system or by contacting me directly.

A deposit may be required when booking selected treatments, the amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Appointments that require a deposit will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and medical information.

CONSULTATION

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect their service.

Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Which treatment best suites your specific requirements Can sometimes be confusing. We are of course, pleased to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest of confidence.

LIABILITY POLICY

Beauty Perks will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided to them.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers can be purchased from £10.00. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise and can be used on any beauty and aesthetic treatments or products at Beauty Perks. There is no cash redemption.

PAYMENT

Most Credit Cards are acceptable, cash, debit cards or bank transfer. Deposits are required for selected treatments.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and at my sole discretion.

CHANGE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
