Important information

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive on time — I work from home and don’t have a waiting area.

If you ever leave your appointment unsatisfied or if something happens , please contact me within 7 days so I can resolve the issue as soon as possible. I don’t offer refunds, but I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with your treatment.

💳 Payments

Payments are accepted by cash or bank transfer only.

At this time, no deposits are required.

📅 When Booking

When booking your appointment, please send over any inspiration pictures for your nails or treatment so I can prepare in advance or order anything I may need.

🚗 Disclaimer

There is free parking available outside my home for clients.

Please note, I cannot take responsibility for any theft or damage to your vehicle while you’re attending your appointment.

I work from home, and my family may be present during some appointments; however, they will never enter the treatment space while a client is present (unless there’s an emergency).

You’re welcome to bring a guest or children with you if needed — just let me know beforehand.

Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities so I can make sure no products containing those ingredients are used.

Drinks and snacks are available during your appointment to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
