COMPLAINTS &ADJUSTMENTS Clients have 24 hours from the time of service to report any issues or concerns about their hairstyle . Adjustments will only be made within this period. After 24 hours, Bella BraidedIt will not be responsible for any complaints regarding the style. COMFORT WHILST STYLING Your comfort is very important. Please speak up immediately if you feel any discomfort while your hair is being styled (e.g., if braids/locs feel too tight or too loose). Adjustments can only be made during your appointment if you let me know at the time. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for maintaining their hairstyle after leaving the salon/home. Proper aftercare advice will be provided. Bella BraidedIt is not liable for damage caused by neglect, improper aftercare, or external factors (e.g., swimming, heat styling, product build-up). PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS All services are provided with care and professionalism. Bella BraidedIt reserves the right to refuse service to any client who displays disrespectful, unsafe, or unhygienic behavior.
