📅 Appointments & Booking
• All appointments must be booked in advance via Solo
• Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid losing your slot
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
⏰ Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled
• Full payment may still be required
❌ Cancellations & No Shows
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full payment before rebooking
💳 Payments
• Remaining balance is due at your appointment
• Payments accepted: (add your preference – cash/bank transfer/card)
💅 Nail Services
• Please arrive with clean nails where possible
• I am not responsible for lifting or damage caused by poor aftercare
• Repairs must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment
✨ Facial Treatments
• A consultation will be carried out before your treatment
• Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications
• I am not responsible for reactions if this information is not disclosed
⚠️ Health & Safety
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if there are any signs of infection, contraindications, or unsafe conditions
• Patch tests may be required for certain treatments
👶 Children & Guests
• For health, safety, and insurance reasons, no extra guests or children unless agreed in advance
📸 Photos & Social Media
• Photos of treatments may be taken for social media
• Please let me know if you prefer not to be included
💖 Respect & Environment
• Please be respectful — this is a home-based salon
• Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
