When booking an appointment your agreeing to the cancellation policy. Booking fee is no refundable. Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase after this time they become void. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash however can be redeemed against an alternative treatment if nessersary. I do not remove or Infill other techs work therefore previous nails/lashes must be removed prior appointment.
