By booking an appointment with Belle Âme Beauty, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful experience for both client and therapist.

1. Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked online or through our official communication channels. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost. • Please ensure you select the correct treatment and time when booking. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before booking.

1. Patch Testing • Patch tests are required for certain treatments (including hybrid tint, lash lift, brow lamination, and tinting) at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. • Failure to attend or arrange a patch test in time will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. • If you choose to opt out of a patch test (where permitted), you must sign a disclaimer and accept full responsibility for any adverse reaction.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable, so please only book if you are sure you can make it. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Notice Periods:

• Standard treatments: No cancellations or changes are allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Lip blush treatments: No cancellations or changes are allowed within 3 days of the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 3 days before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made 2 days before the appointment for standard treatments, or 3 days or less for lip blush, will incur 50% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellations made within 1 day or no-shows will incur 100% of the treatment cost, charged automatically via your chosen payment method.
• Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no further appointments being accepted.

1. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. • Ongoing lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

1. Medical Conditions & Medications • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications on your consultation form. • Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or when taking medications such as Roaccutane or blood thinners. • Always check with your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication. • Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment refusal.

Results & Expectations • While we always aim for the best possible results, outcomes vary based on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. • Following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions is essential for the best results. • No guarantee can be made regarding the longevity or outcome of any treatment.

1. Age Restrictions • You must be 18 or over for all semi-permanent makeup and invasive treatments. • Clients under 18 must have written parental/guardian consent for certain non-invasive services and must be accompanied to the appointment.

1. Photography & Social Media • Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and professional records. • You will be asked to give consent before any images are shared for marketing or social media purposes.

1. Right to Refuse Service • Belle Âme Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, abusive, under the influence, or who fails to comply with these terms. • Clients who fail to follow pre-treatment advice or conceal medical conditions may also be refused service.

1. Salon Etiquette • Please do not bring children to your appointment, as the salon environment is not suitable for them and your treatment requires uninterrupted focus. • Where possible, please attend your appointment alone to maintain a calm and professional space for all clients.
