Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment so I can assess the issue.
I am happy to offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate, provided the concern relates to the original service and has not been altered by another stylist or at-home treatments.
Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and at a mutually convenient time.
Adjustments are limited to minor refinements and do not include a complete change of style, colour, or technique.
Refunds are not offered, as time, products, and travel are non-refundable.
Please note that the following are not eligible for complimentary adjustments. Changes of mind after the appointment will not qualify, nor will dissatisfaction based on inspiration photos that differ from what was realistically achievable.
Results affected by undisclosed previous colour, chemical treatments, or hair history are also excluded. Additionally, any damage caused by heat, chemical use, or incorrect aftercare following the appointment will not be eligible for adjustments.
