Late/cancellation/no show policy

Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes from the start time. If you have not arrived within the 15 minutes and I have not heard from you, your appointment will be cancelled. If I do hear from you within the 15 minutes and this is on a case by case basis, I will do my best to accommodate, however please understand this depends on my other appointments on the day and I may not always be able to fit you in. Failing to attend within the 15 minute window will mean your deposit is also lost.
