By booking an appointment with BELORA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer on the day of your appointment. • Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled in time. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (a “no show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. This charge is non refundable and applies regardless of the reason for non attendance, unless otherwise agreed at BELORA’s discretion.

Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed without communication, but after that, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Suitability & Results • BELORA treatments are tailored to individual skin needs, but results vary. Multiple sessions may be required for certain skin concerns. • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect their treatment. BELORA is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

Aftercare & Liability • Aftercare instructions must be followed for the best results. BELORA is not responsible for any reactions due to improper aftercare. • If you experience any concerns post-treatment, please contact us for advice.

Age & Client Restrictions • BELORA services are 18 and above. • Facial and skincare treatments are available to women only. Other services such as teeth whitening are open to all clients unless stated otherwise.

Health & Safety • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Clients with contagious skin conditions may be refused treatment. • Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) for your facial treatment.

Refund Policy • All deposits are non-refundable. • If BELORA needs to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
