**Booking Terms & Conditions:** - **Appointments:** You can book your desired time, subject to availability. - **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee and Cancellations made less than 12 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount. - **No-Show Policy:** A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be shortened if it affects the next booking, or canceled as a no-show with full charges applied. - **Allergies:** Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment. Harmonize is not liable for reactions if not notified in advance. -**Patch Test Responsibility** For your safety and to ensure the best results, we require that all clients complete a patch test at least 24-48 hours before treatments involving dyes, tints, or henna. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging your patch test and understand that it is essential for identifying any potential allergic reactions. If a patch test is not completed, the salon cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur during or after the treatment. - **Payment:** Payment is required upon completion of the service . • Travel Fee: A non-refundable £2 travel fee is applied as part of the booking.
