Terms and Conditions

These are a legal requirement and must be filled out prior to treatments, if upon arrival of treatment any conditions / allergies or any information relavent to the treatment are different to what is on the consultation questions there is risk of dissatisfaction.

I do not require deposits for any of my services however in the event of a cancellation 24 hours of less before your appointment or no show then 50% of the booking total will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
