Booking Policy

To secure your appointment i require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book.

Important Disclaimer

Please note that I am currently working out of my mothers spare room while I'm in the process of purchasing my own space. Out of respect for her home and privacy, I kindly ask all clients to conduct themselves with the utmost respect while visiting.

Please note that my mother has a guide dog on the premises. If this presents any concern or accessibility issues for your appointment, kindly let me know in advance so arrangements can be made for her to be in a separate room.

Early/Late Policy

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early please wait until your allocated slot as i may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. If you are late please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less coverage. I understand life gets in the way sometimes so i do allow a 15 minute grace period.

No Audience Policy

Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also because of the size of my room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.

Hygiene Policy

I'd like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes, so please arrive to your appointment, whether its for an infill or a full set with NO eye make up on. Eye make up can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

My Guarantee

Book with confidence knowing each treatment is 100% guarantee within the first 48 hours of your appointment or i will fix it. Conditions : You must have followed aftercare instructions and you must contact me within 48 hours of your last appointment. If you contact me after 48 ours have passed, i cannot be held responsible for any issues and your next appointment will be charged at full price.

PATCH TEST

My insurance does not require clients to have a patch test before their appointment. However, your safety and comfort are my priority, so I am more than happy to provide a patch test upon request. If you would like one, please let me know in advance so we can arrange it.
