Cancellations and no shows <3 * Cancellations made less than 72hrs or 'no shows' will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Refusal to pay this means no further appointments will be made. * Cancellations made after 72 hours can be rescheduled. * All appointments have a non-refundable £10 deposit. Lateness <3 *Always let me know if you are running late as soon as you can. * A grace period of 15 mins is allowed, after this you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Other <3 *As I am a beginner nail tech, please be aware that current service times are best estimates and could potentially run over than the stated time. *I will be operating in my home/uni accomodation, please be respectful to both me and my flatmates/family upon arrival and during the service. *Please only bring yourself to your appointment, no pets, children, friends or family. *I will only remove and rebalance my own work *If your nails have become chipped and or broken, please know that this comes with an additional cost and additional time on you selected manicure.
