•After you make your first booking, you will be asked to complete a consultation form. Please complete this prior to attending your appointment for both insurance purposes and to give me a heads up of anything important.
• As I am a growing small business, failure to show up to your appointment or last minute cancellations can waste an appointment slot if I am unable to fill the appointment on time.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost.
• If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost.
• Card capture is required is required to book in the case of a no show or last minute cancellation. Your card details are held securely by Solo, my booking system.
•Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I’ll do what I can in the time we have however I may have to simplify the service.
