Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. 1. General Information Service Provider: Blacc offers permanent makeup services, including but not limited to eyebrow tattooing, lip blush, eyeliner tattoo, and other related procedures. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to book any of our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or allergies that could affect your treatment during your consultation or appointment. 3. Consultation and Patch Test A consultation is mandatory before any treatment to discuss your desired outcome, skin type, and any medical concerns. A patch test may be required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to rule out allergic reactions to pigments or anaesthetics. 4. Appointment Booking Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the final cost of the service. Appointment availability is subject to change and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee or loss of deposit. No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay the full cost of the service for future bookings. 6. Pricing and Payment Prices for services are listed on our website or communicated during consultation. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required upon completion of services. We accept both cash and card payment. Any promotions or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. 7. Refunds Due to the nature of permanent makeup services, all treatments are non-refundable. We will do our best to achieve your desired results, but individual outcomes may vary based on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. Touch-ups or corrections may be needed and are charged separately unless otherwise specified in the initial service agreement. 8. Aftercare and Touch-ups Aftercare instructions will be provided after your treatment. Following these instructions is critical to ensure the longevity and quality of your permanent makeup. Touch-up appointments must be carried out 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment to ensure desired results. 9. Health and Safety We adhere to strict health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations. All tools and equipment used during treatments are sterile and disposable where applicable. You must inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. We are not liable for any complications or adverse reactions resulting from withheld medical information. 10. Limitation of Liability Blacc is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with results due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to the client’s skin type, aftercare routine, or pre-existing conditions. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. 11. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Blacc and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 12. Privacy Policy Any personal information collected through our website or during consultations is used solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent. 13. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. 14. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
