Cancellations made 48 hours prior to appointment time will not incur any cancellation fee, if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment 50% of treatment must be paid.
No shows or cancelations within 24 hours of appointment time full cost of services must be paid before anymore appointments will be accepted. If you no show, to book anymore appointments you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking.
If it is snowy please get in touch as we can organise a reschedule as I am happy to be more relaxed on policy if you are worried about driving in the ice/snow, same goes for school snow days if school is closed and you have kids cancellation fees will be waived.
