Cancellations made 48 hours prior to appointment time will not incur any cancellation fee, if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment full cost of treatment must be paid if you no show on the day full cost of services must be also be paid before anymore appointments will be able to be booked. If you no show once, to book anymore appointments you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking.
If it is snowy please get in touch as we can organise a reschedule as I am happy to be more relaxed on policy if you are worried about driving in the ice/snow.
