1. Appointments & Bookings • All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will be required to pay in full before rebooking in the future. 3. Patch Tests • A patch test is recommended for any brow lamination, tinting, bleaching or lash lift treatment—it is upon the client to ensure she requests and gets a patch test done with either myself or another professional before her appointment. 4. Aftercare • It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare advice given. • We are not liable for adverse reactions if aftercare is not followed correctly. • If you experience a reaction or concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. 5. Refunds • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please raise it during your appointment or within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. 6. Client Conduct • Please be respectful when attending your appointment. Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. • As this is a home-based clinic, we kindly ask you to attend alone unless previously agreed. 7. Privacy • All client details and treatment records are kept confidential in line with GDPR. • Photos or videos may be taken for social media/portfolio use—but only with your consent. 8. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes in your health prior to your appointment. • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
