.Appointments

All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can contact you if needed.

Booking Fees

A £30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure selected appointments. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may result in the loss of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment fee may still apply.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the loss of the booking fee and future bookings requiring payment in advance.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent medical changes, injuries, recent surgery, cosmetic procedures or pregnancy prior to treatment.

Bloom Body Sculpt treatments are suitable for individuals in generally good health. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on medical history, skin condition or medications and may require medical clearance before treatment can proceed.

Bloom Body Sculpt reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where necessary for health and safety reasons.

Consultation Form & Medical Disclosure

A consultation form must be completed prior to treatment. Please ensure all information provided is accurate, truthful and up to date.

For safety reasons, full and accurate medical disclosure is required. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications or contraindications may result in treatment being declined or cancelled.

If an undisclosed medical condition or contraindication is identified within 48 hours of the appointment, the booking fee will be retained. If an undisclosed medical condition or contraindication is identified at the time of the appointment and treatment cannot proceed, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Results & Aftercare

Results vary from person to person and multiple sessions may be recommended depending on individual goals, lifestyle and response to treatment.

Aftercare advice will be provided following treatment. Failure to follow recommended aftercare guidance may affect treatment safety, effectiveness and overall results.

A healthy lifestyle is encouraged to support and maintain results, including adequate hydration, balanced nutrition, regular movement/exercise and following treatment-specific aftercare recommendations.

Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Side Effects & Treatment Awareness

Clients should be aware that some treatments may result in temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, bruising, swelling, sensitivity, soreness, pressure marks, increased urination, fatigue, skin sensitivity or allergic reactions depending on individual response and treatment type.

These effects are usually temporary.

Payments

The remaining balance is payable at the appointment via accepted payment methods.

Right to Amend

Bloom Body Sculpt reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
