Thank you for choosing Bloom with Beth for your beauty treatments. These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings work, what to expect from your appointment, and how I run my home salon in Northolt.
By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully and let me know if you have any questions.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to my review and confirmation. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from me directly.
I operate from my home salon, and full address details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
3. Consultation Forms
Some treatments require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps me ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Please complete any required forms honestly and in full. If a consultation form is not completed before your appointment, I may not be able to carry out your treatment.
4. Patch Tests
Certain treatments, including lash and brow services, may require a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
If a patch test is required and has not been carried out, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for your safety.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows without any contact, may affect your ability to book future appointments. A 50% charge will also be due.
I understand that emergencies happen – just please let me know as soon as possible if something comes up.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept payment by bank transfer or cash. Payment details will be provided at your appointment.
Please ensure payment is made promptly following your treatment.
7. Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can make the most of your booking.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
8. During Your Appointment
Please avoid excessive phone use during your treatment to ensure the best results.
This is your time to relax and be looked after – so sit back, switch off, and enjoy your treatment.
9. Health & Safety
Your safety and comfort are my top priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each client, and I use high-quality, professional products throughout all treatments.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any infections, contagious conditions, or issues such as fungal nail infections. In these cases, your treatment may need to be postponed for your safety and the safety of other clients.
10. Allergies & Medical Conditions
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please let me know before your appointment so I can ensure your treatment is suitable for you.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it may not be safe for you.
11. Satisfaction & Aftercare
I don't offer refunds on completed services, but I always want you to be happy with your treatment.
If you have any issues with your treatment, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I'll happily fix it for you free of charge.
Please follow any aftercare advice I provide to help maintain your results.
12. Your Privacy
I take your privacy seriously and handle all personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Any personal details or health information you share with me will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing your treatments and managing your bookings.
Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the updated terms are published.
