All services are non-refundable once completed
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you experience any concerns after your appointment, please contact me within 24 hours so I can properly address them
I am happy to offer one complimentary adjustment or removal when appropriate
Please note that I am not responsible for issues related to aftercare, sleeping habits, excessive touching, oil-based products, makeup use, or any outside interference
Concerns reported after 24 hours will be considered acceptance of the service, and further adjustments will no longer be the responsibility of the artist
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being retained

Patch Testing
I confirm that I have been advised to have a patch test at least 24/48 hours prior to my treatment, including lash extensions, eyebrow tinting, eyebrow waxing, and Korean lash lifts
I understand the risks of allergic reactions and that these can occur at any given time
I wish to proceed with treatment at my own risk and release Lashed By Gem and Gemma Notridge from liability for any reaction that may occur as a result
