We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment. Failure to do this may result in future appointments requiring non refundable pre-payment or changes added to the next appointment. This is at the discretion of Blossom Head Spa and Beauty.
A 'no show' is a client who does not attend their pre booked appointment and does not contact the salon in advance. In the event of a no show the client may be liable for the cost or part cost for the treatment as this could have been booked by another client. Clients with a history of no shows will be required to make full payment in advance of their appointment. This is at the discretion of Blossom Head Spa and Beauty.
We always try to accommodate our clients and understand that sometimes clients may be late for appointments. However, due to our busy diary and to minimise the impact on other clients we may not be able to fulfil your treatment if a clients arrives more than 10 minutes late. We ask if you are late to contact us as soon as possible and we will do our upmost to delay the treatment. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments offered will require and skin patch test a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to attend your patch test appointment will require the treatment to be rescheduled or cancelled. Clients booking these treatments will be informed that this is required. This is for insurance purposes and client safety.
We cannot provide refunds on any retail products sold due to health and safety and hygiene reasons. If there is any faults with your product we can return it to the manufacturer and provide a replacement. Please note this will only be carried out if the product is not well used.
We believe every client has the right to be heard, respected and understood. We also believe that our staff have the right to work in a safe environment, free from abuse or harm caused by others. Aggressive or abusive behaviour including any bad language, threats, derogatory remarks or rudeness will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask a client to leave the premises and will result in the client being asked to to return. Any aggressive behaviour may be reported to the police if deemed necessary.
All new and retuning clients will be required to complete a consultation/ health questionnaire before their treatment date. Failure to complete this form before the appointment will result in less treatment time as this is required for client safety and insurance purposes. Some conditions will require a letter from a GP before a treatment can be undertaken. Once the consultation form is completed you will be advised by our therapist before your treatment if it is required. It is the responsibility of the client to provide truthful and full information and the therapist or Blossom Head Spa and Beauty will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction from a treatment where the client has not provided truthful and correct information on their client consultation form.
All prices set on our website will be reviewed periodically. Prices are subject to change. Reasonable effort will be made to inform clients before their treatment time if prices have changed.
