Hi, I'm Blaise. I help women reconnect with their true essence—the part of them that exists beneath conditioning, survival strategies, and the roles they've learned to play.
The core of my work uses the body as a gateway into the subconscious, helping you access buried emotions and the survival patterns that continue to shape your life from beneath the surface.
This work goes beyond awareness. It is nervous system repatterning, emotional release, and energetic clearing in real time, creating change that is not just understood intellectually, but embodied.
For the woman who is ready to stop abandoning herself in the moments that matter and start living from a place of truth, trust, and self-devotion.
About my work
I believe there comes a point in every woman's life where the strategies that once kept her safe begin to limit her.
The people-pleasing. The over-giving. The constant striving. The need to be chosen, approved of, or understood.
What once served as protection starts to feel like a cage.
This is the beginning of a rite of passage.
A descent beneath the layers of conditioning, inherited beliefs, and survival patterns that have shaped who you believe yourself to be. It's not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before fear, rejection, and expectation taught you to abandon parts of yourself.
This path is rarely comfortable. It asks us to meet the wounds we've spent years avoiding, to feel what was never fully felt, and to release identities that no longer fit.
But on the other side is something profound:
A woman who trusts herself. Who knows her truth. Who no longer betrays herself to belong. Who is rooted in her body, connected to her intuition, and free to live from her authentic essence.
This is the journey I guide women through.
Through somatic healing, nervous system repatterning, emotional release, and spiritual exploration, I help women navigate this transition from survival to self-leadership, so they can embody who they truly came here to be.

I had some IFS/parts work with Blaise as part of my six month Blossom with Blaise. I have been experiencing a pain in my left side and trouble with my eating habits. We explored my past and Blaise took me back to my childhood memories that surrounded my issues with food. Sacred Reclamation is a 6 month immersive healing container for the woman who is ready to move beyond awareness and into embodiment.
Over the course of 6 months we meet bi-weekly for a 1 hr session where we access and clear deep emotional wounds and survival patterns.
This kind of embodied change doesn't happen over night, and requires ongoing devotion and integration to prevent old patterns from creeping back in. Between sessions you will have ongoing support including various practices and guidance to support the integration and keep you accountable.

A Threshold Session is a deep, integrative 1:1 container designed to help you move through an internal transition with clarity, safety, and embodiment.
We work with:
Tarot as a mirror — revealing the unseen dynamics, patterns, and invitations present
Somatic and energetic exploration — tuning into sensation, imagery, and the body’s intelligence
Visualisation and nervous system work — allowing what’s been buried to surface, move, and clear
A Note on Integration:
The Threshold Session is designed to create movement.
Together, we'll uncover the deeper patterns, emotions, and survival strategies that may be shaping your experience beneath the surface. For many women, this session opens a door that cannot be unseen.
While profound shifts can happen in a single session, lasting transformation comes through integration. As your nervous system begins to process what has been uncovered, new layers of awareness, emotion, and possibility often emerge in the days and weeks that follow.
Think of this session as the beginning of a conversation with yourself rather than the end of one.
For some women, a Threshold Session provides exactly the insight they need. For others, it becomes the first step into deeper work and ongoing support as they continue the journey of embodiment, healing, and self-leadership.
