Neutralisation is for clients who have lips rich in melanin - you may have darker areas on the lip skin which we need to neutralise first before we can carry out lip blush. This can sometimes need multiple sessions to get the desired result needed before going in with our target colour. Please get in touch if you are unsure if you need to book this service

Russian infill - infills are required every 2-3 weeks to keep on top of your desired lash look and remove any outgrown lashes. You must have at least 40% of lashes left on for an infill otherwise you may be charged a full set

Classic lashes - the perfect set for someone who wants their lashes but better. Super natural lightweight lashes. If you like something extremely natural you can opt for a “light set” of classics at your appointment

Midlothian Innovation Centre, Pentlandfield Business Park, Roslin EH25 9RE
On arrival enter the main buildings front door and head up the first set of stairs to the first landing- there is a single seat available
Please have a seat here and I will collect you at your appointment time
The main door is closed after 4.30 weekdays and all day sat/sun - I will contact you via your mobile number before your appointment and will let you in upon your arrival
There is visitor parking spaces available outside the front of the building and a car park to the rear - please do not use the stobo house carpark as this is a seperate facility

If you are prone to cold sores start antiviral medication (Aciclovir)
5 days pre & post treatment. These can be prescribed by your doctor or purchased via an online pharmacy
Lip blush does not cause cold sores however if you carry the HSV-1- virus there is a high chance that an outbreak can be triggered by the trauma to your lips
CAFFEINE AND ALCOHOLNo caffeine or alcohol for 24 hours before treatment - This can cause excessive bleeding, poor colour retention & discomfort during treatment
BLOOD THINNERSStop blood thinners 72 hours before treatment - This includes painkillers and asprin as this can cause excessive bleeding, poor colour retention & discomfort during treatment
SKINAvoid retinol, acids, or strong skincare around the lips for 1 week
No lip fillers within 4 weeks of your appointment
HYDRATIONDrink lots of water pre & post treatment aswell as gently exfoliating your lips with your finger & moisturising lips daily in the days leading up to treatment
More hydration = better healed results
Do not use any sugar scrubs or exfoliating mitts, this can lead to micro tears on the lip surface
YOUR APPOINTMENTBring along your go to lip products if you’d like your colour matched. Feel free to bring AirPods if you want to zone out
Keep the area clean by drinking from straws only, cleaning cutlery properly, making sure pillow cases are clean and no touching
Post treatment you should clean the area a few times over the next 48 hours with sterile water on a clean cotton pad. To do so - (boil kettle, soak cotton pad, let cotton pad cool, gently wipe the area, no rubbing then leave to air dry)
Apply your provided aftercare balm as instructed - Apply ointment with a cotton bud or clean finger for as many times a day as you need - No other balms or makeup products to be used for 5 days
Avoid Vaseline
No excessive water on the area - saunas, steamrooms and swimming
Please feel free to cleanse face, brush teeth, shower and drink water as normal
Avoid spicy food for 48 hours
SKINAvoid high uv and sunbeds for 10 days 
To keep lip blush for as long as possible please use SPF50 when in these conditions
No facials, filler or chemical peels for 4 weeks
Infills are needed every 2 - 3 weeks to keep up with your natural growth cycle
Only have your lashes removed by a professional
- Clean lashes every other day using lash shampoo
- Avoid getting the lashes wet for 24 - 48 hours
- Avoid excesssive heat near the lashes for 24 - 48 hours (Sauna, steamroom & sunbeds)
- Avoid any oil based products near the eye area
- Avoid sleeping on your face
- Do not pick or rub your lash extensions
- Avoid getting lashes wet with salt water/chlorine
- No mascara or strip lashes should be applied to your extensions
