These ensure a professional, safe, and high-quality experience for both clients and therapists. 1. Booking & Payment 1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. 1.2 A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 1.3 Last-minute bookings (same-day or within 24 hours) require full payment upfront. 1.4 Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the therapist is unable to attend the booking and a reschedule cannot be arranged. 2. Arrival & Setup Time 2.1 To ensure a full treatment experience, the therapist will require at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to set up the treatment space. This setup time will not be deducted from the treatment duration. 2.2 If the therapist is late, the client will be compensated appropriately, either with extra treatment time, a discount, or a partial refund, depending on what suits the situation best. 2.3 If the client delays the setup process, causing a late start, the treatment may be shortened to accommodate scheduling, with no discount or refund. 3. Client Delays & Cancellations 3.1 If a client is late by more than 15 minutes, the therapist reserves the right to shorten the treatment accordingly without refund or rescheduling. 3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a full charge for the service. 3.3 Clients may reschedule last-minute without charge in cases of extreme emergencies or illnesses, but must notify the therapist as soon as possible. 3.4 If a client fails to mention health conditions, mobility restrictions, allergies, or any other factors that may disrupt the treatment, they will be charged an inconvenience fee as they did not disclose this in the consultation form or notify the therapist beforehand. 3.5 If the therapist arrives and is unable to perform the treatment due to the client’s unavailability, an unsafe environment, or an unsuitable treatment space, the appointment will be considered a no-show and fully chargeable. 4. Therapist & Client Comfort 4.1 Our therapists provide a safe and professional service and expect the same respect in return. 4.2 Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or requests beyond the scope of professional massage or facial therapy will result in the therapist immediately leaving the premises, and the client will still be charged in full for wasting the therapist’s time. 4.3 If inappropriate behaviour is displayed or suggested, the client will be permanently blocked from making any future bookings. 4.4 If the therapist feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespected, they have the right to terminate the treatment immediately and leave. 4.5 If a client experiences discomfort during the treatment, they must inform the therapist immediately so adjustments can be made. 5. Safety & Hygiene 5.1 The therapist follows strict hygiene standards, using sanitised equipment, fresh linens, and clean tools for each session. 5.2 Clients must ensure the treatment area is clean, safe, and private, with adequate space for the massage table. 5.3 If a client is feeling unwell, has a contagious illness, or any contraindications that may affect the treatment, they must inform the therapist prior to booking. 5.4 The therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if they feel it is unsafe due to the client’s health condition. 6. Travel & Location 6.1 Mobile treatments are available within London area . Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area. 6.2 If a client requires paid parking in their area, they must inform the therapist beforehand so they can arrive in time to park in a suitable place. If no parking details are provided and this causes a delay, the session may be shortened without compensation. 7. Liability Disclaimer 7.1 All treatments provided are for relaxation and well-being purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment. 7.2 The therapist is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by the treatment. Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions before the appointment. 8. Refunds & Compensation 8.1 Refunds are not provided for completed services. 8.2 If the therapist is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a reschedule or full refund. 9. Treatment Environment & Relaxation Policy 10.1 Creating a Calm Space: To provide you with the most relaxing and effective experience, we kindly ask that only the person receiving the treatment be present in the treatment area during the session. This ensures a peaceful, undisturbed environment where you can fully unwind and enjoy your treatment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this tranquil space for your benefit. 10.2 Life Happens – We Understand: We recognize that every client’s situation is unique, and sometimes it may not be possible to have a completely quiet space. If you are a parent, guardian, or pet owner, please consider making any arrangements that might help create a calm setting for the duration of your treatment. However, we completely understand that life happens and certain distractions may be unavoidable. If you anticipate any interruptions or special circumstances, just let us know in advance. We will do our very best to adapt the session to your needs, ensuring you still receive a relaxing and beneficial experience while we accommodate your circumstances.
