- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, at least 48 hours notice is kindly requested.
- Patch tests are required for certain treatments including lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting treatments at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications before your treatment.
- Results may vary depending on individual skin, hair, and aftercare.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated expiry date.
- Boheme Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment where appropriate for health, safety, or wellbeing reasons.
