Terms and Conditions for Bookings with Bombshell Beauty Last updated: 3/11/24 Thank you for choosing Bombshell Beauty for your beauty needs. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with us. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms in full. Please do not proceed with a booking if you do not agree to these terms. 1. Definitions “Service” refers to beauty treatments and services provided by Bombshell Beauty. “Customer” or “Client” refers to individuals booking beauty treatments with Bombshell Beauty. “Booking” refers to the confirmed appointment scheduled by the Customer with Bombshell Beauty. 2. Booking and Payment Terms Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made, the Customer will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation is required for entry to the appointment. Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of services on the appointment date. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment and may be paid via Cash. Cancellation and Rescheduling: See our detailed cancellation policy in Section 4. 3. Customer Responsibilities Accurate Information: Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of the booking. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time. If a client arrives late, I may be unable to provide the full service, or a late fee may apply (see Section 4.4). Health and Safety Compliance: For health and safety reasons, Clients agree to disclose any relevant medical or skin conditions that could affect the services provided. 4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy I understand that sometimes schedules change. This policy helps ensure fairness for both Clients and my business: 4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations Cancellation Deadline: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours (48 hours in November & December) before the scheduled time without incurring a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours (48 hours in November & December) of the scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee charged to their captured card. No-Show Fee: If a Client does not show up for an appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee 100% of the treatment will apply and charged to their captured card. This fee covers the time reserved for the Client. 4.2 Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Deadline: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours (48 hours in November & December) before the original appointment time without a fee. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours (48 hours in November & December) of the appointment may incur a fee, equivalent to 100% of the treatment and charged to their captured card. 4.3 Refunds and Disputes Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Bombshell Beautyfor unforeseen reasons. Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding a cancellation fee or refund, Clients may contact me directly. I am committed to finding a fair resolution. 4.4 Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth schedule and the highest quality of service for all Clients, the following policy applies to late arrivals: 5-Minute Grace Period: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A grace period of up to 5 minutes is allowed. Late Arrival Fee: If a Client arrives more than 5 minutes late, I may not be able to provide the full service within the remaining appointment time, and a late arrival fee equivalent to the cancellation will apply. Appointment Cancellation: If a Client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full cancellation fee will apply. This helps to respect the time of all Clients and maintain the schedule. Clients are encouraged to contact me if they expect to be late, as I may be able to make adjustments depending on the schedule for the day. However, adjustments are not guaranteed, and the cancellation fee may still apply. 5. Provider-Initiated Cancellations Provider Cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel an appointment, the Client will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit. Provider Rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, I will contact the Client with a new appointment time. Clients may choose to accept the new time or cancel for a full refund. 6. Liability Service Quality: I am committed to providing high-quality services in a safe environment. However, I am not liable for any adverse reactions as patch tests are not guaranteed to present issues. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Bombshell Beauty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from or in connection with the services provided. 7. Personal Data and Privacy Data Collection: By booking an appointment, Clients consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data Protection Compliance: Bombshell Beauty complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Clients have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal information. 8. Intellectual Property Ownership of Content: All images, branding, and content related to Bombshell Beauty are owned by me or licensed for use. Clients may not reproduce or distribute any content without express permission. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions Modifications: I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any substantial changes, and continued bookings imply acceptance of the updated terms. 10.
