Terms and Conditions for Bookings with Bombshell Beauty

Thank you for choosing Bombshell Beauty. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Bombshell Beauty. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your booking.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Bombshell Beauty”, “I”, or “my” refers to the business providing the beauty services.
“Client” refers to the individual booking or receiving services.
“Booking” refers to the confirmed appointment scheduled with Bombshell Beauty.
“Services” refers to the beauty treatments and services provided by Bombshell Beauty.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation
Once a booking has been made, the Client will receive confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation confirms the appointment time and services booked.
Payment
Any remaining balance for the appointment must be paid at the time of the appointment unless otherwise stated. Payment is currently accepted via cash.
Card Capture Authorisation
Some bookings may require card details to secure the appointment. By making a booking, the Client authorises Bombshell Beauty to charge their card for applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment (see Section 6.4).
Health and Safety
Clients must inform Bombshell Beauty of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or other factors that may affect the treatment being carried out. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the service being refused or limited.
Bombshell Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate for the Client.
4. Clients Under 18
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
Clients aged 16–17 may receive treatments with parental or guardian consent where appropriate.
Bombshell Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone under the age of 18 if it is considered unsuitable or if appropriate consent cannot be obtained.
5. Responsibility for Group or Accompanied Bookings
The person who makes the booking is responsible for the appointment and any services included within that booking, including appointments made for multiple people or accompanied services (including but not limited to Teen Brows or Boyfriend Brows).
The main booker accepts responsibility for ensuring all individuals included in the booking attend on time and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Any cancellation fees, late fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances associated with the booking remain the responsibility of the person who made the booking.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that plans can change. This policy ensures fairness to both Clients and my business.
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation Deadline
Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring a fee.
During November and December, the cancellation period is extended to 48 hours due to high demand.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment (or 48 hours in November and December) will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. This fee reflects the loss of the appointment time reserved for the Client and will be charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
If a Client does not attend their appointment and no prior notice is given, this will be treated as a no-show. A no-show fee of 100% of the treatment cost will apply and will be charged to the card on file.
6.2 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Deadline
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without charge.
In November and December, appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours (or 48 hours in November and December) may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
6.3 Refunds and Disputes
If a Client believes a cancellation fee has been charged incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact Bombshell Beauty directly. I am committed to reviewing concerns fairly and resolving disputes where possible.
6.4 Late Arrival Policy
To ensure the smooth running of appointments and fairness to all Clients, the following policy applies:
5-minute grace period Clients are expected to arrive on time. A grace period of up to 5 minutes may be allowed where possible.
Arrivals after 5 minutes If a Client arrives more than 5 minutes late, the treatment may need to be shortened in order to avoid delaying other appointments.
Arrivals after 10 minutes If a Client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, and the full treatment fee may apply.
Clients are encouraged to contact Bombshell Beauty if they expect to be late. While adjustments may sometimes be possible, they cannot be guaranteed.
7. Provider-Initiated Cancellations
In rare circumstances, Bombshell Beauty may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Bombshell Beauty takes all reasonable care to provide safe and professional beauty treatments.
However, individual reactions to products or treatments can occur. Clients must inform Bombshell Beauty of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.
Where patch tests are required, they help reduce the risk of allergic reactions but cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

By making a booking, Clients consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of managing appointments and providing services.
Bombshell Beauty processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Clients have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion where appropriate.
10. Photography and Social Media
From time to time, photographs or videos of treatments may be taken for portfolio, training, or promotional purposes, including use on social media platforms or the Bombshell Beauty website.
Clients will always be asked for permission before any photographs or videos are taken. Images will only be used with the Client’s consent.
Clients may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting Bombshell Beauty.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, images, logos, and content associated with Bombshell Beauty remain the intellectual property of Bombshell Beauty unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior permission.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Bombshell Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated where possible. Continued bookings after updates have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
